Pastor Willie J. Wynn

Bio: 

​

Willie Wynn was born in Macon, Ga. to the parents of Willie & Louise Wynn. He attended B.S. Ingram public school and Lanier B high school. After finishing high school in 1979 Pastor Wynn joined the U.S. Army where he first received the call to the ministry. Minister Wynn avoided the call to ministry for several years to come. 

 

Pastor Wynn was an active member of Plant Street Church of Christ where he grew up as a teenager.

 

While serving as worship leader at Omega Holiness Church in Atlanta 1998, Pastor Wynn finally accepted the call to ministry and was licensed to preach the Gospel at Omega Holiness Church in Atlanta, under the late civil rights leader Rev. Doctor Richard Cobble. 

 

In 1999 Pastor Wynn enter Beulah Heights Bible College where he received (3) three degrees; A.A. Biblical Education; B.A. Urban Ministry and B.A. Public Policy. While attending BHBC Pastor Wynn accepted a position with Light of the World Faith Ministry as the director of the Men Ministry under the direction of Bishop James B. Jones.

 

After finishing his undergraduate studies Pastor Wynn was accepted for graduate studies at The Interdenominational Theological Center here in Atlanta Ga. (The ITC), in 2004. Pastor Wynn will receive two degrees in 2008, Master of Divinity; Master of Christian Education

 

 While attending ITC Minister Wynn became the Associate Pastor at Miller Grove Baptist Church in Fairburn Ga, until 2005, whereas the Pastor is Donald Dorsey.

 

Pastor Willie J. Wynn has preached the Gospel in several different states and is affiliated with many different organizations and denominational discipline to include United Methodist and Africa Methodist Episcopal. Pastor Wynn is two years out from finishing his PH:D degree in Psychology. 

 

Pastor Wynn jointed Mt. Zion A.M.E. College Park, GA, in 2006 whereas he serves under Pastor Cornelius Scott. Pastor Wynn have Pastor several churches in the African Methodist Episcopal denomination. 

 

Pastor Wynn has served at Pastor, Bellevue AME Church, Aragon, Ga, Fidelity AME Church in Atlanta Ga, St Paul AME Church, Hogansville, GA, McGhee Chapel AME church, LaGrange GA. Paradise AME Church, Jefferson GA, New Bethel AME Church, Rincon, Ga and Greater St. Paul AME Church, Austell Ga

 

Pastor has been a motivational speaker for Narcotic & Alcohol Anonymous for many years and has spoken in many states on substance abuse. Pastor Wynn completed and published in first book in 2008, “A Journey toward Freedom: A Therapeutic Biblical Foundation for Substance Abuse. Pastor Wynn second book will be release in December 2024, “Things They Don’t Think You Know”.

 

Pastor Wynn motto is: Do Not Merely Listen to The Word And So Deceive Yourself, Do What It Says.
